Ontario players shine at Junior Nationals

Junior Outdoor Nationals are held in August each year.  This year the U 18 and U16 events were held at Ontario Racquet Club n Mississauga between August 13 and 21.  The Under 12 and Under 14 events were held at Mont Tremblant, August 19 to 25.  There were a lot of excellent results from Ontario players, some of the best results are listed below.  Congratulations go to all our Ontario players who represent the province so well at these national events.

U18 Girls  Singles Finalist: Vanessa Wong,  3^rd : Natasha Irani,  4^th : Katherine Sebov.  Doubles Champions: Charlotte Petrick & Katherine Sebov.

U18 Boys  Singles Finalist: David Volfson,  3^rd: Jack Mingjie Lin,  4^th : Jack Van Slyke.  Doubles Champions: David Volfson & Dylan Bednarczyk, Doubles Finalist: Denis Shapovalov.

U16 Girls  Singles Champion: Katarina Kopcalic, Finalist: Brindtha Ramasamy, 3^rd : Natasha Irani, 4^th : Maria Tananescu. Doubles Champion: Ines Milosevic.

U16 Boys  Singles Champion: Jack Mingjie Lin,  3^rd : Victor Krustev. 4^th : Clarke Wilson, Doubles Champion: Victor Krustev.

U14 Girls Singles Champion: Sofiya Babych.

U14 Boys Singles 4^th : Daniel Fainblum, Doubles Champions: Liam Draxl & Mark Pieczynski. 

U12 Girls Singles Champion: Natasha Sengphrachanh, 3^rd : Daria Tomashevskaya.  Doubles Champions : Natasha Sengphrachanh & Daria Tomashevskaya.

U12 Boys Singles Champion: Ilya Tirapolsky, Finalist: Christopher Heck. Doubles Champions: Ashton Cross & Ilya Tirapolsky.
